Leak Investigation

After isolating the water supply and inspecting the subfloor area, we located a split copper water pipe spraying under pressure. The pipe had failed along a section running through the wall cavity and beneath the house.

Access & Repair

To safely reach the damaged pipework, access was carefully made through the external brick wall. This allowed the repair to be carried out accurately without causing unnecessary disruption to the property.

The damaged section of copper pipe was cut out and replaced with new copper pipe and press fittings. The pipework was then secured and pressure tested to confirm the leak had been fully resolved.

Once the repair was complete, the water supply was reinstated and the plumbing system checked to ensure everything was operating correctly.
